Rates reflect
the maximum occupancy of cabin.

Check-in time is
3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

No guarantee of
reservation until deposit is received. If reserving for less
than four nights a one night deposit is required. If reserving
for four or more nights a two night deposit is required.

Minimum
three-night stay on Holiday weekends.

If you arrive
late or leave early, you are responsible for the cost of all
days of your reservation, unless the change to your reservation
dates is made 30 days prior to your arrival.

Deposits, less
20% administration fee, will be refunded only if reservation and
cancellation is received 30 days prior to reservation arrival
date.

Housekeeping is
your responsibility during your stay. Make sure all dishes are
clean upon checkout.

All fish
cleaning is to be done at the dock with fish waste returned to
the lake. No fish cleaning in cabin!

Management
reserves the right to refuse service or lodging to anyone.

This is a dry
county. Beer and alcohol cannot be purchased locally, so bring
your own.

No fireworks or
firecrackers are permitted.

Firearms may not
be discharged.

Underage
children should be supervised by parent or guardian at all
times.

Owner is not
responsible for fire, theft, accident, or injury to guest and/or
visitors or to guest's and/or visitor's belongings.

Customers are
responsible for damage to cabin property inflicted by themselves
or their guests.
